Can I send them all at once?

No, and deliberately. Each invitation goes separately, from your own number, so it lands like a message from you. Everything around it is done for you: each one is written, addressed and carries that guest's own link, so a guest is a tap and a send. We keep the count, so you always know who has been sent to, who has opened it and who still owes you an answer.

Do I need everyone's phone number?

No. A guest is just a name, and numbers can be added whenever you have them. Every guest also has a personal link you can share any way you like. We never message your guests ourselves.

Can I change things after I've sent invitations?

Yes. Each guest's link never changes, and the invitation behind it is live: move a time, fix a venue or add an event, and guests see the update the next time they open it. The WhatsApp message you already sent stays as it was, like any sent message.

Who can see my guest list?

You, and anyone you invite onto your planning team. Guests see their own invitation, never your list. No selling it, no ads, no trackers, and it lives in a database in the UK or EU. The detail is in plain English in our privacy note.

What happens at the free limit?

Nothing you've built goes away. Your list keeps growing and replies keep landing. What waits for an upgrade is sending invitations past your first 50 guests, planning more than 2 events, bringing your planning team onto the dashboard, using your own photo on the cards, and the enhanced caterer's workbook. All of it comes with the Tailored and Bespoke plans, a one off payment from £65 for this celebration.

What if I pay and it's not for me?

Then you get your money back. Email us within 14 days of paying and we'll refund whatever you paid, in full, with no conditions and nothing to fill in, even if you've already sent your invitations.

Does one payment cover my next celebration?

No. One payment covers one celebration and every event in it. You can keep adding events until 10 days after the last one, and a separate celebration later is a new purchase. It is meant to cover what genuinely belongs to this one, an after-party arranged on the night or a thanksgiving the following weekend.
