For planners
Every client's guest list, on one desk.
Set up each celebration yourself, hand it to the couple, and open one screen in the morning that says which of them need you.

01Your desk
Today, not a list.
Your home screen is the day's jobs across every client: who hasn't answered with the day three weeks off, whose invitations haven't gone out, which couple hasn't taken over yet. Each row has one button, and it opens the screen that does the job.
02Hand it over
Set it up, then hand it over.
Put in the names, the first day and the couple's emails. They get a link to join, and once they do it is theirs: they can edit, send and decide who else is on it. You stay on it as their planner, and a planner can never remove the couple from their own celebration.
| Edit and send | Remove people | |
|---|---|---|
| The couple | Yes | Anyone |
| You | Yes | Yourself, or another planner |
03Your name on it
Planned by you.
Name your studio once. Every celebration you set up says so at the foot of each guest's invitation, so the people you most want to hear about you see your name on the day they reply.

04For your suppliers
Numbers your suppliers actually need
Not just “146 people said yes.” The Export button on your guest list gives you a spreadsheet: everyone with their answer to each event, each event’s headcount standing over its own column, and the dietary notes on a sheet of their own, ready to forward to whoever is cooking.
What the export gives you4
- Every event shows what's confirmed, and the most it could still become
- Dietary notes on their own sheet, with no phone numbers on it
- Guests say how many are coming, wherever you've allowed extra
- Filter to one event or one group and export just those

05What it costs
Free for you. One credit a client.
A planner account costs nothing. Each celebration you set up uses one trade credit, which puts it on Tailored from the start: 400 guests, every event, and you and the couple on it together. A couple who comes to us on their own pays £65 for the same. Trade credits are arranged with each studio for now, so email us and we'll set yours up.
