One naming ceremony invitation.
Every event, tracked separately.

Her name
Ama was born on a Saturday in July, and in our family a Saturday girl is an Ama, so the first part of her name chose itself.
At the ceremony her grandfather will give her the rest of it, with water, a little honey and a word of welcome, as our families always have.

Getting there
By train
Peckham Rye station is two minutes from Peckham Levels, which is in the old car park off Rye Lane.
See it on the map ↗Driving and parking
Parking around Rye Lane is tight on a Saturday. The bus or a taxi is kinder.
See it on the map ↗What to wear
Traditional dress for the ceremony if you have it. Smart for the reception, and come as you are in the evening.
Questions
- Where is the ceremony?
- At the family home, early on Saturday morning. The address is on your invitation.
- Can I bring the children?
- Please do. It is a family day, and there will be plenty of them.
- Is there food?
- Lunch at the reception and a proper jollof in the evening. Come hungry.
Gifts
Please do not feel you need to bring anything. If you would like to, a small gift towards Ama's savings is lovely.
Ama's savings ↗Thank you for the visits, the meals on the doorstep and the late night advice. Ama has a big family already, and we cannot wait for her to meet you all.

01How it works
You send the invitations. We track every reply.
Invitations go out from your own WhatsApp or iMessage, one tap each, so they arrive from you rather than from a platform, and guests reply where they already talk to you.
The steps4
- 01
Build your events
Naming, Reception, Evening, or whatever yours are called. Each gets its own time, venue and dress code on the one invitation.
- 02
Add your guests
Type them in or paste your whole list, then tick who is invited to which event. A name is enough to start.
- 03
Send from your own WhatsApp
Add a guest's number and one tap opens WhatsApp, message written and addressed. You press send.
- 04
Watch replies land
A yes or no for each event, with headcounts and dietary notes, counted up as they come in.
Your side of it: three invitations lined up to send, and the reminders after. Take the names in any order, and your place is kept if you stop for the night.

03Why one RSVP is never enough
Some guests are only invited to the naming. Others, to all of it.
Most tools track one RSVP for one event. A naming ceremony needs separate headcounts for the naming, the reception and the evening, so your caterer and your venue have the right number for each. Add as many events as your day needs.

05For planners
Every celebration you're running, under one login.
Manage multiple client celebrations directly from your dashboard header. Invite the family to collaborate on a single shared guest list, then export per-event headcounts for caterers and venues.
Numbers your vendors actually need
Not just “146 people said yes.” The Export button on your guest list gives you a spreadsheet: everyone with their answer to each event, each event’s headcount standing over its own column, and the dietary notes on a sheet of their own, ready to forward to whoever is cooking.
What the export gives you4
- Every event shows what's confirmed, and the most it could still become
- Dietary notes on their own sheet, with no phone numbers on it
- Guests say how many are coming, wherever you've allowed extra
- Filter to one event or one group and export just those
