Six
Amara has asked for a climbing party since roughly the day after her fifth birthday, and has not once changed her mind, which for Amara is unprecedented.
So: two hours of climbing, then back to ours for cake. Parents very welcome to stay, and there is wine for the ones who do.

Getting there
By train
Leeds station is a ten minute walk, and the centre is signposted from the bridge.
See it on the map ↗Driving and parking
There is a car park underneath. Two hours is free if you validate at the desk.
See it on the map ↗What to wear
Something they can climb in, and socks. The centre will not let anyone up without them.
Questions
- Do I need to stay?
- Not at all, though you are very welcome to. Tell us at RSVP and we will know who to expect back at ours.
- What about allergies?
- Please put them in the box when you reply. There are two nut allergies in the class and the cake is being made around them.
- What time is pick-up?
- Four o'clock at the centre, or six from ours if they are staying for tea.
Gifts
Please, nothing. She has more than she can play with. If you would like to, the school library is collecting books.
The library list ↗Thank you for the lifts, the playdates and the six years of putting up with us at the school gate. Come and climb something.

- Nothing for guests to installGuests open the invitation directly from chat
- Sent from your own WhatsApp or iMessageSo it arrives from you, not from a platform
- Paid once, never a subscriptionFree to your first 50 guests, then one payment
- One list for you and your vendorsRSVPs and dietary notes in one place, ready to export for caterers and venues
01How it works
You send the invitations. We track every reply.
Invitations go out from your own WhatsApp or iMessage, one tap each, so they arrive from you rather than from a platform, and guests reply where they already talk to you.
The steps4
- 01
Build your events
The party, Tea, Drinks after, or whatever yours are called. Each gets its own time, venue and dress code on the one invitation.
- 02
Add your guests
Type them in or paste your whole list, then tick who is invited to which event. A name is enough to start.
- 03
Send from your own WhatsApp
Add a guest's number and one tap opens WhatsApp, message written and addressed. You press send.
- 04
Watch replies land
A yes or no for each event, with headcounts and dietary notes, counted up as they come in.
Your side of it: three invitations lined up to send, and the reminders after. Take the names in any order, and your place is kept if you stop for the night.

03Why one RSVP is never enough
The class is coming to the party. Only the cousins stay for tea.
Most tools track one RSVP for one event. A party with a tea after it needs two headcounts, not one, so you order the right number of party bags and lay the right number of places. Add as many events as your afternoon needs.

05For planners
Every celebration you're running, under one login.
Manage multiple client celebrations directly from your dashboard header. Invite the other parent to collaborate on a single shared guest list, then export per-event headcounts for caterers and venues.
Numbers your vendors actually need
Not just “146 people said yes.” The Export button on your guest list gives you a spreadsheet: everyone with their answer to each event, each event’s headcount standing over its own column, and the dietary notes on a sheet of their own, ready to forward to whoever is cooking.
What the export gives you4
- Every event shows what's confirmed, and the most it could still become
- Dietary notes on their own sheet, with no phone numbers on it
- Guests say how many are coming, wherever you've allowed extra
- Filter to one event or one group and export just those
